OverviewThis project contains the dataset and annotation resources developed for the PREM-LLM study. The underlying source data comprise 1,952 free-text patient experience comments from an NHS patient feedback dataset. A subset of 500 comments was selected for structured annotation and independently reviewed by two annotators. To support consistency and reproducibility, an annotation guide was developed specifying category definitions, annotation rules, and decision criteria. The project includes the annotated subset, annotation guide, and related documentation.
